Working with me
After an initial call to talk about where you are in your life, and what you want to achieve, you can decide whether you want a few sessions or to sign up for a two, three or six month programme.
Sessions will normally be held on Zoom or they can be by telephone or, if you live in Norwich, in person.
At the beginning of each session you decide what you would like the focus to be and we take it from there. We will go at your pace, but the power of coaching is in you taking the actions that you identify during our sessions. I will be with you every step of the way. As well as the coaching sessions you will have email or WhatsApp support from me between sessions if you need it.
The Signature Programme
This programme takes place over three to six months depending on whether we have weekly or fortnightly 1 to 1 sessions. During each session, we'll take a deep dive into the issues that you bring with you. Don't know what issues you want to address? Don't worry. Our first session will act as an exploration session. We'll look at:
- What you want from life
- What you specifically want to change
- What areas of your life you are most dissatisfied with
- How these sessions can get you to where you want to be
By the end of the programme you will:
- Feel more confident.
- Have a clear sense of the direction you want your life to go in and how to get to where you want to be.
- Have an enhanced sense of purpose and know your worth.
- Be able to set boundaries and say no rather than yes when that's what you would rather do.
- Feel able to make the changes you want in your life so you can enjoy and appreciate what you have.
- Feel happier and more optimistic than before you started the programme.
There is a shortened version of the Signature programme, which runs for two months with four, fortnightly, 1 to 1 coaching sessions. While the structure is the same, the content is designed completely around your needs and your goals.
